Convert headings lower than h3 (h4, 5, 6, etc.) to h3 for Editoria
The Wax editor in Editoria only supports 3 levels of headings: h1, h2, and h3 (also Titles and Subtitles, but those are different beasts). UCP only uses these 3 heading levels. When h4s, h5s, or h6s, etc. are ported into Wax, they create some anomalous styling behavior. Specifically, they can only be restyled if they’re included as part of a multi-blocks selection.
The solution is simply to add to Typescript a step that converts any headings beyond h3 - h4s, h5s, h6s, etc. - into h3s. This might flatten out correctly structured HTML, but is I think the right solution for porting into Editoria specifically.
