Dont show sticky comments when new comment added

As a user I would like to add a comment without the sticky comments overlay popping up after I have written a comment and pressed 'send'.

Current behaviour: Currently the sticky comment pop up appears as soon as you have added a comment.

Expected behaviour: After adding a comment (and pressing 'send') the comment is added and no sticky comment overlay is displayed.
