Expose INK port in docker-compose.yml

Steps use manifest instead of digging through file system. Support for autoloading of utility steps in ink_step gem. Testing the modified file collector step.

Steps use manifest instead of digging through file system. Support for autoloading of utility steps in ink_step gem. Testing the modified file collector step.

Refactor step names - add "Coko" namespace. Parameters are combined outside of the behaviour step. Serialises step accepted and default parameters.

Script for updating installed dependencies and restarting server once step gem file has been modified.

Parameter refactor, JSON file manifest to include semantic tagging (modified/new/identical tag) and checksum

Cleanup of log contents (remove absolute path), serialisation of logfile location and integration with client
