footnote number style (within body text) doesn't display correctly

@julientaq Can you investigate what's going wrong with footnote numbers in the body text. You'll see the templates does provide distinct styles, but they're not showing as expected.

Styles in template:

Body text font size: 13px
Footnote font size: 10.4px
Body text line height: 19px
Footnote line height: 15.2px
