Support medium sized image conversion to png
Description; TIFF, EPS, PNG need to be converted into a small and medium-sized png versions. All other files are converted to jpeg, except svg (which is not converted). The benefit is we get the transparency fixed, so should we receive a 'blacked-out' image on conversion we can handle these cases by converting to png e.g. a brand logo
