Draft: Citation counts over time: improve visualisation with bar value is 0 or 1

Context

This visualisation shows citation counts over time (for the last 10 years).

When the user makes a selection that has no value for one or more bars, those bars are not shown in the graph. Additionally when the selected facet only has one citation, the y axis shows decimals which doesn't make sense in the context of counting number of citations.

Proposal

  • Include bars (years) that have no value
  • when citation access is 10 or less, set the y axis to a count of 10.
