Feature proposal: create and organize running heads for paginated output

Need a way to oranize, edit, and designate running heads in paged books, as well as indicate which pages should have them and which not. These will have different content depending on the book-- see for instance the attached list of possibilities from the Chicago Manual of Style (CMS). Simply pulling from the Bookbuilder will not work in many cases because chapter titles may be too long or not what is wanted on the print page. At UCP we create a list in a table for the typesetter. See attached doc running_heads_example. Could there be a place in Wax where something like this is stored and from which text is pulled to running heads in Paged.js?
