RFC: Feature proposal: Ingest DOCX and split at H1 / chapters, feed that into xsweet.

Context

Authors & Small publishers use a single .docx file for the whole book.

Proposal

Use something like https://github.com/midorikocak/docsplitter to split the docx at H1 / chapter level and feed that to xsweet.
