Users will have:
* A single name/surname
* A single username
* A single password
* Multiple connected emails (with one marked as "primary" - this is where notifications will be sent to)
* Multiple affiliations
Emails and affiliations will be completely decoupled for flexibility.
When a user creates a submission, we'll capture a snapshot of their name at that point in time.
This way, if they change their name, it won't retroactively change the name for old articles, but will only affect new submissions.
Same logic of a snapshot will be applied to affiliations, so that old articles retain the affiliation they had at the time of submission.Yannis BarlasYannis Barlashttps://gitlab.coko.foundation/micropublication/micropublication/-/issues/203Feedback for pinging reviewers2019-09-13T14:37:55ZYannis BarlasFeedback for pinging reviewersWhen the editors request the reviewer's attention, there should be some feedback that the notification was successfully sent.When the editors request the reviewer's attention, there should be some feedback that the notification was successfully sent.0.13.0Yannis BarlasYannis Barlashttps://gitlab.coko.foundation/micropublication/micropublication/-/issues/202Feedback for science officer action2019-09-27T14:03:12ZYannis BarlasFeedback for science officer actionWhen the science officer makes the approve / do not approve decision, there should be some visual feedback that the action was successful.When the science officer makes the approve / do not approve decision, there should be some visual feedback that the action was successful.Yannis BarlasYannis Barlashttps://gitlab.coko.foundation/micropublication/micropublication/-/issues/201Add confirmation e-mail when registering a new account2019-08-27T13:06:05ZDaniela RacitiAdd confirmation e-mail when registering a new accountUsers should receive a confirmation e-mail when registering a new accountUsers should receive a confirmation e-mail when registering a new accountYannis BarlasYannis Barlashttps://gitlab.coko.foundation/micropublication/micropublication/-/issues/200E-mail coming from the system has typo: noreply@micropulication.org2019-08-21T15:21:52ZYannis BarlasE-mail coming from the system has typo: noreply@micropulication.orgYannis BarlasYannis Barlashttps://gitlab.coko.foundation/micropublication/micropublication/-/issues/199Reinstate the SO box2019-08-21T18:07:05ZYannis BarlasReinstate the SO boxAfter we have hidden the Decision panel for the SO, the SO is not able to approve/not approve and the Editor cannot select the Approve button: need to reinstate the SO box and hide just the decision letter.
