Metadtata form: Selected options in dropdowns disappear while auto-save is in progress

Expected behaviour

Select options in form should be stable

Current behaviour

When auto-save is in progress, the selected text disappears

Steps to reproduce

1. Create question from Dash
2. Select options from any dropdown in the form
3. See that the option disappears when auto-saving

Environment

Mac 13,3-inch (2560 × 1600); Brave browser: Version 1.44.112
