created or submitted questions don't show on the dashboard unless you refresh

Expected behaviour

The dashboard shows all the questions an author has created.

Current behaviour

After I have created two questions, none of my other questions are showing on the dashboard, unless I refresh. For example, I submitted this one: https://hhmi.cloud68.co/question/7ef8181e-f2d3-4d15-b4a0-3d83d3ab978f

Steps to reproduce

1. create and submit 3 or more questions
2. see that only the first two questions are shown in the dashboard
3. hard refresh to see other question
