resuse simple animations through toolkit && give root elements full height

ui-toolkit will include small bits of reusable functions and styles related to the ui, eliminating
the need to add ui as a dependency when all is needed is a helper function

BREAKING CHANGE: th now comes from the toolkit, so all th imports from ui are now broken
