Reconfigured sites have expired access tokens which give user unauthorised error
Expected behavior
Even if we do a site update and reconfigure the site, if user accounts have been migrated or are preserved, you should be able to log in as usual.
Current behavior
After a site is redeployed, visiting the site you get redirected to the dashboard, but the dashboard is blank. There is an unauthorised error in console. Only by deleting local storage, can you access the log in page.
Steps to reproduce
- On an instance that has recently been reconfigured, go to the log in link
- See the blank page that appears and error in console

Possible solution
This should be fixed on Coko client side
