Hotfix/requirements

update the package.json to update requirement of the "pubsweet-component-epub" to ^0.5.15. (see issue ) The update sorted the libraries alphabetically in the file so I committed the new order (in multiple commits so it would be easier to check that no version number had been changed at the same time)
