UI: Import: Title, description, and notice

Context

Once the user clicks 'Import your files' from the dashboard, they are taken to an import page. On this page we need a page title and explanatory text:

Title: Import

Description: Files supported: .doc, .docx

Notice: [insert icon] Each file you upload will be a separate chapter in your book. You can reorder chapters and import more chapters later.

Design

Add the title, description, and notice to the Import page as in the Figma design here and here and shown in the two mockups below:
