Preview page UI

Context

From the producer page you can choose 'Preview' which takes you to the preview page.

When you arrive on the preview page a default page size is selected (from the three options: US letter 8.5 x 11 inches, 216 x 279 mm (A4), US trade 6 x 9 inches, 152 x 229 mm, Digest 5.5 x 8.5, 140 x 216 (A5)), the three content inclusion options (Title page, Copyright, Table of contents) are selected by default, and a default template is selected (name to be determined). The preview generates with these defaults.

The user can then select different options in those three parameters (size, content, and template) and the preview regenerates.

The user can at any point download a PDF, download an epub, and download a print-ready PDF. In future, "Print" may be added which integrates with Lulu print on demand, but for version 1 we will have "Download print-ready PDF" instead of the Print button.
