Editor tab not displayed for authors in author proofing workflow

Expected behaviour

Author proofing workflow; when an author clicks on the link to 'View production feedback' the user should be presented with the Editor (manuscript content) and the feedback form.

Current behaviour

The author can only access the feedback form. The 'Editor` tab is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Author submits manuscript
2. Editor/Group Manager assign for author proofing
3. Author clicks on 'Provide production feedback' link
4. Author can only see the 'Feedback' tab

Possible solution

Add the Editor (manuscript page) to the authors /production page.
