Use Storybook to create Report wireframes
Description; use Storybook to showcase Reports UI components and usability.
Research Object/Submission Report and Tracking:
- All completed Research Objects (to help identify new submissions) Report
- Date submitted
- Type of Submission
- Author(s)
- Title
- Submission number (assigned presumably automatically)
- Peer-review status
- Length of Review Stage (total time per review paper, for example)
- revision status if sent out for revisions and re-submitted
- Date Published on
- Incomplete Research Objects Report (submissions in progress)
- Category (will send a list of categories for this)
Handling Editor Metrics (would like to be able to easily pull reports to compile into annual “report cards”)
- A way for handling editors, authors and reviewers to register on the Kotahi Platform so that there is an easily accessible database for handling editors to select peer-reviewers
- Triage Reject
- Number of submissions (past and current) being handled per editor
- A list of all Aperture editors and their domains to help assign editors to submissions
- How many submissions rejected by a handling editor, if any
- Average length of review (how long a submission sits with a Handling Editor) (average time per review paper, for example)
- Handling editor to have access to the submissions they are handling
- Categories preferred
Peer-Review Tracking:
- Peer-Review Stage complete date
- How many reviews per submission
- Length of reviews per submission and also per reviewer
- Number of assigned reviews per reviewer
- Number of completed reviews per reviewer
- Number of reviews rejected by reviewer
- Number of dropped or stalled reviews per reviewer
