[COLAB] Reviewed articles icon

As Author I would like to have a visual notification for my articles, if evaluation process is completed, so that I can view the outcome of evaluation

Acceptance criteria:

  • UI should appear on Dashboard view in My submissions block
  • UI should appear only for articles that were evaluated
