[COLAB] Click Control Panel to check the review section and the fields are empty

Steps to reproduce:
- Login, add a new article and assign an Editor and a reviewer for the article.
- Click on Accept, do Review, add review and submit it.
- Click on Control Panel from Dashboard Page/Manuscripts I'm editor of section
- Check the review section
Expected results: Review is visible.
Actual results: Review is not visible
