[NCRC] Update cross_post field data when publishing

Description; when clicking publish 'Topic' field data is captured in the spreadsheet endpoint twice;

  1. Upon import from bioRxiv/Pubmed a single Topic is captured in column D.
  2. If a user modifies the Topic field in the evaluation after import the modifications are captured when published.

Reference; NCRC_updated sheet

Acceptance criteria;

  • For imported articles; Topic field to populate column D with Topics as per the format provided in NCRC_update sheet.
  • For imported articles; cross_post field to populate column P with the modified state upon publishing. Topics are separated by a semi-colon [;] and as per cross_post format provided in NCRC_update sheet.
  • For manual submission; Topic field content submitted in evaluation form should populate Topic (column D) and cross_post (column P) when published.
