Issue description; the following events should trigger an email notification to be sent. These event triggers are based on the actions of stakeholders involved in submitting (author) and reviewing (reviewer/editor/author) a manuscript.
- Email template is sent to the author when an admin/editor submits (saves) a Decision; see 'Task 1 [Automated] | Email Template for ‘evaluation complete’
- Email template is sent to author upon submission; see 'Task 4 | [Automated] | Email Template for Submission Confirmation'
- Email template is sent to the Handling Editor when a Reviewer assigned to a research object 'rejects' the review ; see 'Task 6 | [Automated] | Email Template for Reviewer Rejects Review'
