Description; prior to the dynamic forms release editors received a confirmation that a Decision form had been submitted. This is no longer displaying. I think this should be restored because this message assures editors that a decision has been shared with the author.

• Message on submit; 'Your decision is submitting...'
• Message on successful submission; 'Your decision has been saved'
