fix(ui): any p or li in reflist can now be a mixed citation

This is an attempt to address #703 (closed) – what it does is described in the bottom comment there. Any <li> or <p> that appears inside a reference-list element in Wax is now exported to JATS as a <mixed-citation>; the user has more control over how the citations will look in the HTML version.
