Fix: Hide Anonymous Reviewer's Username from Author

  1. Fix: Author's Submit Page: Hide the reviewer's username.

  2. Control Page: Don't hide the reviewer's name from the author or the editor. (Only Editors and Admin can see the control page)

  3. The ordering of Reviewers in Manage Reviews Page was glitching.

  4. Fix: display ORICD for Reviewers on Author
