Fix(threaded-discussion-ui): edited label removed and date repositioned

The MR addresses the issue #868 (closed) with some enhancements in the UI of discussion field

Changes include:

  1. Removal of edited label
  2. Repositioning of date and tooltip
  3. Updating the font and styling as per the latest Figma board.
