'Unknown workflow' page appears sometimes
Expected behaviour
When performing actions on the book manager page, actions are carried out without needing to refresh, and clear messaging appears in the UI if a problem does arise.
Current behaviour
The page displays 'Unknown workflow' and you need to refresh to keep working
Steps to reproduce
I encountered the issue here on March 2nd at 16:48 GMT +2, but once I refreshed the page it immediately disappeared and processes on the book manager page seemed to resume to normal. I haven't seen it since.
