some loading errors not showing error details in bcms errors tab
Expected behaviour
see loading error details in bcms error tab
Current behaviour
Some loading errors are not displaying the error message in the BCMS and are instead showing as "System error: please contact NCBI Bookshelf System Admin by email at booksauthors@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov or by BCMS chat mentioning @Sysadmin."
Steps to reproduce
- load to preview a chapter that has a known loading error (in this example there was a converted file with an empty paragraph in xml)
- see status changes to "loading error"
- see errors tab contains generic "system" error instead of error description
- task manager shows there is an error
ERROR :[2022-04-22 11:55:15]: pmchelp-placehold.xml: STYLE ERROR.
ERROR :[2022-04-22 11:55:15]: p should not be empty (context: /book-part-wrapper/book-part/body/sec[1]/sec[3]/sec[3]/p[3] )}
another example - this is missing supplementary files - for this case, the initial load did show some missing supplementary files errors in bcms, I then uploaded some (but not all) of the missing files and re-triggered preview, then receive the "system" error instead of errors about the remaining missing files
NCBI's priority feedback
Can wait until have errors management UI post-deployment - also need to see if this is a NCBI issue in terms of communication between failed states and restarts by someone on PMC side, which I suspect

[To be completed by Coko once dev is done]
