Blank page: Clicking on previous versions for chapter-processed books

Expected behavior

On books which support multiple published versions. When there are more than one version of book component we should be able to navigate between different versions.

Current behavior

If the book has multiple versions. Clicking on previous versions will cause a blank page. Example here

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to (or create) a chapter-processed book which has multiple versions
  2. Create a new version of the book
  3. Try to move with arrow icons to the previous version.

Environment

[Provide browser name and version and if you're working from a PC or Mac]

  2. This can be prioritised after deployment 1 (Y/N)

QA Steps

  1. Go to (or create) a chapter-processed book which has multiple versions
  2. Create a new version of the book
  3. Try to move with arrow icons to the previous versions, while being on different tabs of the file component.
