Citation self-URL and Special publisher link URL need to support text string value of `doi`

@DioneMentis @ChristinaTromp

cc @douglassue @jordandc

Expected behaviour

We need to be able to migrate all domain attribute supported values for legacy and ongoingly added content

Current behaviour

We cannot add value for doi for Citation self-URL and Special publisher link URL domain attributes

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any book settings
  2. Try to enter doi for Citation self-URL and Special publisher link URL
  3. See you get an error like below

Possible solution

In all settings forms and templates, validate that the text input by the user for Citation self-URL and Special publisher link URL fields is either a link starting with http or https, or a text string of doi.

NCBI's priority feedback

Y, for deployment for migration as this is commonly used for our most frequently updated / added content

QA Steps

  1. Go to any book settings
  2. try entering the citation URL and Special Publisher Link URL - as doi, or any link starting with http:// or https.
  3. you should be able to save the settings without any error.
