Collection metadata updates can't be saved

Expected behaviour

After a collection is created, we should be able to update the metadata modal and Save the changes.

Current behaviour

When I go to a collection metadata modal, and update a field. Save button is enabled but when I click it nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

Example collection here

  1. Create a new collection
  2. Go to the collection page
  3. Open the metadata modal for the collection and make some changes
  4. Try clicking the save button

Environment

[Provide browser name and version and if you're working from a PC or Mac]

Possible solution

[Not required. Suggest a fix for the bug]

NCBI's priority feedback

[Select "Y" or "N" and provide an explanation]

  1. This bug is blocking NCBI's work on migration planning for deployment 1 - Y
  2. This can be prioritised after deployment 1 (N)

QA Steps

  1. Go to an existing collection
  2. Open the metadata modal for the collection and make some changes
  3. Try clicking the save button
  4. Remove the content of the required fields to confirm that validations are working fine.
