When wholebook title is really long, 'New version' button is pushed off the page

Expected behaviour

Can see 'New version' button on various screen sizes, even when book titles are very long

Current behaviour

When wholebook title is really long, 'New version' button is pushed off the page. When I de-zoom my screen to fit more on the screen, the button appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. View this book
  2. Notice the New version button is not on the page

Environment

Chrome (Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)), MacBook air, 13 inch screen.

Possible solution

QA Steps

  1. Create a book with a title longer than 197 characters.
  2. Go to book and see 'New version' button is not squeezed off the page (although the button will be greyed out and inactive until the book is published)
