Xml structure differences from provided examples
During QA we encounter an issue of placing the converted word document in the correct position (Front Matter - Body - Back Matter). I was working on the issue when I discovered differences between the converted XML file that I got from PMC and the examples that ncbi provides us a few months ago. Let's take a closer look at the Introduction.xml
file.
at ncbi's example converted documents the XML had this format:
<preface id="introduction">
<?word-to-xml processor="extyles"?>
<book-part-meta>
<title-group>
<title>Introduction</title>
</title-group>
<contrib-group>
.
.
.
the file I got from PMC had this structure :
<book-part-wrapper content-type="preface" id="introduction">
<book-meta>
<book-id book-id-type="pmcid">cokotestword1</book-id>
</book-meta>
<preface>
<?word-to-xml processor="extyles"?>
<book-part-meta>
.
.
.
This affects the correct placement of the chapter to the sections
