Corrupt zip file passed for ingest to PMC

I consulted with Martin and this is a BCMS issue in that the zip file that was passed to ingest to PMC was corrupt because two jobs were triggered very close together:
- package_id=da8866 (10:15:10), session-id=10736197 (18:16:49)
- package_id=08128b (10:14:52), session-id=10736198 (18:16:50)
Package 1) has a corrupt zip file. 2) is ok. Both ingests get picked up at the same time and are therefore so close to each other, that both packages end up in the same ingest directory - so both sessions fail due to the corrupt 1).
We are not certain how this happens - the jobs are not manually triggered by BCMS user but automatically done. Could you please look into it?
