bad gateway error when downloading individual files in chapter-processed books
Expected behaviour
Clicking on any individual file should download the file
Current behaviour
I get a bad gateway when clicking on files within chapter-processed books
Steps to reproduce
On ncbi dev:
- click on source file in chapter component, the file doesn't download
- result: https://ncbidev.cloud68.co/downloadFileVersion?id=a98cac31-960a-45d5-8671-aad3d0dd3f0d&category=source
