Reload preview shouldn't be active when status publishing
Expected behaviour
The selected component is unchecked after a bulk action is made, and you can't click 'Reload preview' or 'Publish' when something is in status 'Publishing'.
Behaviour when issue was originally logged
When I click Publish button, the button becomes inactive until status is changed to Publishing. But reload preview button is still active and can be clicked.
Steps to reproduce
To reproduce, click publish and after confirmation, close the modal.
When status is updated to publishing the component remains selected and both buttons, can still be clicked. If you uncheck the selected component and check again none of these options is active as expected. Maybe we can uncheck the selected component after a bulk action is made.

Google Chrome on Mac OS Sierra
Possible solution
