Pipeline issues where processing - particularly Word conversions - gets "stuck"
Per our meeting today, I am creating this issue to monitor when your team and/or mine experiences during testing / work when the pipeline gets stuck for non-Kafka issues, particularly when Word conversions keep failing and won't move for a day or more.
Right now we agreed to monitor this, but we need to track when and how often it is happening rather than my team just trying to clear things out by clearing stuck sessions in TM or our Word servers.
So, if and when this happens, please note it in this issue - giving:
- A few BCMS links and domain / BCMS ID
- A few chapter file names and IDs
- Task Manager session links - I think you are now getting these emails so can also provide this
- Day and time and length of time you've waited
- If possible, an idea of how many Word docs were sent at once / or around the same time
