Odd behaviour in table splitting on page breaks
Hi,
I'm using pagedjs in my work project and our domain is based on business reports so pagedjs is used as kind of a 'pagination' tool, to make the output of the original HTML more readable, PDF-like.
The reports heavily rely on tables so in the previous version we've faced quite a few issues where cells would be missing on page breaks, but the latest version fixed quite a few of those issues.
However one thing I could reproduce is the odd behaviour if you have an empty cell that's spanned.
Here are some three screenshots where the first one is how the table should look like and then the second one has one additional line of text added to the top of the document, and the third one has one more line added.
It's as if sometimes on some odd circumstances the logic of breaking doesn't work (the second screenshot), because it does not make sense that the third screenshot (which has the most text rows on top) ends up breaking correctly, like the first one (which has the least rows on top).
They basically differ by the amount of

What could be the issue of this odd behaviour?
