Accessible PDF generation

I have tested the accessibility of files generated with pagedjs-cli in Acrobat Pro. So far the generated files are untagged PDFs and thus non-compliant with PDF-UA. All files generated this way are thus unreadable for people with disabilities. Would it be possible to implement PDF tagging from the semantic information already available in the source html file?
