Image width and height attr cause problems in chrome
With some images (no rule found) the width and height attribut cause pagedjs to stop rendering the content in chrome (firefox works without errors).

When I delete the width and height attributes for the image, then it works.
Tested with Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99 on Windows 11 and similar chrome version on linux mint.
