xPub-faraday

An MVP implementation of the first design sessions which allows a user to go through the process of creating a submission, assigning editors and reviewers, submitting reviews and submitting a decision.

Dockerfile and image build script for Pubsweet testing base image. The image is used by the Gitlab CI runner for pubsweet repositories, and can be used locally to replicate the CI test environment when debugging.
