Redux logger

We could have an option in the config (or maybe an environment variable) to easily turn the redux logger on and off.

Sometimes it is very useful, other times it fills the browser console with information to the point where I find it hard to find anything else.

Having the option would be a nice dev experience enhancement in the frontend.
I'd be happy to PR this if you think it's a good idea.
