File attachments submissions
This will work together with : xpub/xpub!237 (merged)
Upload Different extension type files as Submission apart from Docx.
Show the attachment that have been uploaded at the Submission Page and disable the editor and the display on the decision and review components.
Extensions: pdf, latex, docx, zip.
