extend AI writing tool to support knowledge base

The AI writing tool will be used in Ketty to query a knowledge base (KB) associated with the book (see ketty/ketty#853).

This extension includes:

  • a button to query the KB (configurable in the wax package)
  • introducing tabs in the AI response to allow for: content; citations; links
  • layout improvement
