AI assistant fixes from user testing

• BUG: When free text writing prompts are toggled off in the settings > Both Barbara and Karina still have the option to make free text prompts -- this is a bug: hide free text input area when "Free-text writing prompts" is disabled in book settings -- @MRdevTagg to do
• Reload Arrow Icon > Selected text in the window disappears -- is a bug The action should send the same prompt from a section time (Try again icon) -- @MRdevTagg to do
• selecting Trash can icon deletes the text but also does not give the option for anything else to do. Clicking on the Enlarge window icon brings the deleted text back -- it does not bring the deleted text back, it shows the text (in the chapter) that has been selected. An improvement here would be to revert to this state after "delete". So I selected some text, make a prompt, delete --> the response is deleted but not the text that was selected. The enlarge icon should not change the text in the content area-- @MRdevTagg to do
• Edit Text in AI Assistant window: You can edit text in the pop up window, but when you then click “insert”, the edits are not included, but the original text is included in the chapter -- this is a bug @MRdevTagg to do.
