Incorrect placeholder text in multiple choice, multi-select and T/F questions

There's incorrect placeholder text in the "answer" editor for all the multiple choice and T/F question types. It says Type your question but it should say Type your answer

@christos. In the text multiple choice, multiple select, and T/F questions, can we change the text in the widget from "Type your question" to read "Type your item" and in the Essay Question "Type your essay question" to "Type your essay item"
