Incorrect focus in matching question (firefox)

When the user clicks add option from a question option in a matching question, another question option is created and the cursor moves to the new option, but the focus remains on the previous option.

Steps to reproduce

1. create a matching question.
2. click add option from a question option.
3. Notice after the new option is created, the previous option is focused.
