Story description:

4.1 As a reviewer I want it to be easy to compare and check the manuscript
4.2 As a reviewer I want to annotate the manuscript in context with corrections, so that I don't have spend time cross-referencing the corrections separately

6.1 As an admin or external QA I want to see the submitted and converted manuscripts side-by-side so that I can easily check for errors introduced during tagging
6.2 As an admin or external QA I want to review all the supplemental files and figures attached to the submission to make sure they are linked correctly, the right size etc.

Subtasks:

• Integrate with XSL transformation to HTML
• Validate and stylecheck XML(s)
• Apply mathml and any other javascripts needed
