Retrieve two more fields for Journals table

Hi Koosum,

Please add the <PublicationFirstYear> and <PublicationEndYear> to the list of xml retrieved through the journals loader. They should be added as meta.firstYear and meta.endYear respectively (or 'meta,first_year' and 'meta,end_year'), which I've just added to the database.
