Create or integrate communication mechanism
Story descriptions:
1.9 As a submitter I want to notify Europe PMC that my grant isn't in the system
1.13 As a submitter I want to write a note to the reviewer so that they have context about the submission
3.1 As a reviewer I want to email a personal note to my submitter about the task
3.2 As a reviewer I want to notify the submitter of corrections e.g. the manuscript is the wrong *version or a figure is missing
3.5 As a submitter or reviewer I want to ask EPMC Admin a question during my review
5.12 As an admin or external QA I want to be able to notify the submitter of any missing files or figures
Acceptance criteria:
- Funding: The submitter should be invited/allowed to inform Europe PMC of missing grants or problems with the embargo date. The submitter should be invited/allowed to write a message to the selected reviewer.
- Review & Edit: A tool should allow communication/recording of messages between all user types, and should provide the admin specifically with editable email templates based upon error selections.
